2 x 400g cans cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
80ml (1/3 cup) evaporated skim milk
1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves
80ml (1/3 cup) Massel chicken style liquid stock
Process the beans, milk and oregano in a food processor until smooth.
Transfer to a saucepan. Place over medium heat. Add the stock and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
