Banana Protein Shake


1 Cup plain unsweetened almond milk

½ cup plain Greek yoghurt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 frozen banana

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Ice as needed

Optional: add ½ cup berries (fresh or frozen of choice)



  1. Add the unsweetened almond milk, yoghurt, banana, cinnamon, ice and berries into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve.
  3. If you find the shake too thick you can add more almond milk or water.
