Banana Protein Shake


400g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup natural yoghurt
2 tsp chopped mint
100g packet small pappadums
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil



Process chickpeasgarliclemon juice, and ground cumin in a food processor until almost smooth. Add yoghurt and mint, process until just combined. Season with salt and pepper.

To prepare pappadums Place four at a time onto a sheet of baking paper. Microwave in batches for 30 seconds on HIGH (100%) power, or until evenly puffed.
