
INGREDIENTS
125ml (1/2 cup) almond milk
125ml (1/2 cup) chilled black coffee
85g (1/3 cup) dairy-free coconut yoghurt
2 medjool dates, pitted, chopped
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (see Notes)
1 tbsp cacao powder, plus extra, to serve
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Pour into a serving glass and sprinkle with extra cacao.
