Banana Protein Shake


1/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup low fat milk, plus extra to serve as required
1/4 poached pear, mashed
Ground cinnamon, to serve



In a saucepan combine oats  and milk. Bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly.

Mix in pears. Simmer 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy. Remove from heat. Serve topped with a dusting of cinnamon.
